The cycling tour departs from Piazza XX Settembre, the center of Civitanova Marche’s city life. Riding along the cycle path that borders the sea, the charming villages of Potenza Picena and Morrovalle gradually come into view, perched on the Marche hills. Further on, you come to Treia, an old village renowned for its historical re-enactment of “La Disfida del Bracciale”. The colorful hillsides of this inland setting will delight cycling tourists all year round. Following a scenic unpaved road, you first come to Appignano, the home of terracotta and legumes, then continue up to Cingoli.
