The cycling trip resumes in the village of Cingoli, known as the ‘Balcony of the Marche’. A descent into the valley of the Esino river is followed by a climb to the small town of Monsano, which enjoys views of both the sea and the mountains. In Jesi you will pass through the historic town center, then take the cycle path along the Esino, arriving in Moie. A panoramic ascent then leads up to Maiolati Spontini, the birthplace of famous composer Gaspare Spontini. The last stop of the day is Cupramontana, the home of Verdicchio wine.
