From Cupramontana you depart for Apiro, a small village overlooking the valley of Monte San Vicino.
Cycling along a series of unpaved roads you arrive in Rosora, where another incomparable panoramic view awaits you.
The tour continues towards Castelplanio, then downhill to the bottom of the valley, from where you will take the train to Genga. Here in Genga there is a great deal to see and do. Before arriving at the old village, where the tour ends for the day, there will be stop-offs at the Frasassi Caves and the Temple of Valadier, well worth seeing.
