Our farm was born six years ago in an old farmhouse of our estate now used as a warehouse, from our traditional hospitality and the love for the kitchen of mother Santina. We have a great hall for banquets, business meetings, bachelor parties and birthday parties. In the garden we thought of the children with games and a five-a-side football and volleyball pitch. Snacks and small buffets can be organized under our gazebos.

The farmhouse is located on the border of three municipalities in the Macerata area: Treia, Cingoli, Appignano and is therefore called Il Confine. The structure of 300 square meters on two floors has: Upstairs an apartment with living room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, called "Terra delle Marche" apartment: A double bedroom with bathroom, "Appignano", a double bedroom with bathroom "Cingoli" and another double bedroom with bathroom "Treia"
