In the earthquake of October 2016 that hit our area, the Antica Fornace hotel suffered the greatest damage and therefore another valid accommodation had to be found in order not to upset the many loyal customers of the old restaurant. We knew well that building a new location would have involved time and investment but, with tenacity, perseverance and entrepreneurial intelligence we were able to achieve the desired result. The new rooms fully respect the characteristics of sobriety, hygiene and tranquility, qualities that are so dear to our customers.

Immersed in the typical green landscape of the Macerata hills, it offers an environment suitable for rest, recreation and entertainment. The farm offers various sizes of apartments with kitchenette or bedrooms with bathrooms in the three houses available: Casa Lotra, Casa Torre and Casa Essiccatoio. In the agritourism complex there is also the Podere Catignano restaurant with traditional local dishes.
Our B&B is located in the heart of the welcoming Macerata hills, a privileged position overlooking the Sibillini Mountains and glimpses of the Adriatic Sea. We are a few hundred meters from San Lorenzo where many bikers meet to enjoy the fantastic routes that this area offers. Our garden of about 6000 square meters, completely fenced, frames our stone and brick structure in full respect of tradition. We have two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The rooms have private bathroom with shower. Our B&B is available to those who want reality... nature... .feeling... small-big things.
